1. Who is responsible

The controller for this website and for PropBlaster is All IT Consulting UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Am Bachfeld 12, 82335 Berg, Germany. Contact: [email protected]. Full provider details are in the imprint.

2. Summary

PropBlaster is a Windows app that runs on your own PC. Your journal, screenshots, rules, strategies and account settings stay on your computer. We do not run a server that stores your trading data, and we cannot see it.

This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no third-party scripts. It loads no external fonts.

3. Visiting this website

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent to deliver the page and protect it against attacks.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers transfers to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR).

Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., as above) to count page views, visits, referring websites, countries and device types. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no profiles; the request data is evaluated in aggregated form only. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Download counter. Download buttons go through license.propblaster.com/dl, which counts the download and forwards you to the file. We store only the date, the country derived by Cloudflare, which button was used, the domain of the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). We do not store your IP address and set no cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Waitlist and email updates

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the time and confirmation of your sign-up. We use double opt-in: you only receive emails after you confirm the link we send you. We use your address to tell you about the beta, the launch and PropBlaster updates.

Our email list is managed by MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, J. Basanavičiaus 15, 03108 Vilnius, Lithuania), which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email or by writing to [email protected].

5. Buying a licence

PropBlaster is sold through Stripe Managed Payments. The checkout is run by Link (Stripe), which acts as Merchant of Record and reseller: it is the seller for your purchase and processes your payment, billing and tax data under its own privacy policies (stripe.com/privacy, link.com/privacy). We receive your email address, country, the product you bought and the Stripe customer and subscription references, so that we can issue your licence and provide support.

Licence keys are issued and checked by our licence server at license.propblaster.com, which runs on Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc., see section 3, as our processor). It stores your licence key, email address, the Stripe references and the names of the PCs on which you activated the licence. We send your licence key by email via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland, as our processor).

Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal retention obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

6. Data the app sends

The app itself only contacts these services:

• Licence check (license.propblaster.com): when you activate a licence and about once a day afterwards, the app sends your licence key and the name of your PC (to count activations) to our licence server. Cloudflare processes your IP address as described in section 3. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Update check (propblaster.com): about once a day the app reads propblaster.com/version.json to see whether a new version exists. Cloudflare processes your IP address as described in section 3. You can switch this off in Settings → Updates.
• AI features (optional, Anthropic): if you enter your own Anthropic API key, the app sends the chart screenshots, trade details and strategy text you choose to check directly from your PC to Anthropic PBC (USA) under your own Anthropic account. We do not receive this data. Anthropic's terms and privacy policy apply to this use. Without an API key, no data goes to Anthropic.

The trade copier and the MetaTrader expert advisors run locally and communicate only with your own MetaTrader terminals and your broker.

7. Support

If you contact us by email, we use your message and contact details to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). If you send us a support export from the app, it contains logs and settings but no API keys or passwords. We delete support data when the request is closed, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

8. How long we keep data

Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe. Licence and invoice data: as long as the licence is active and then for the statutory retention periods (up to 10 years under German commercial and tax law). Server logs at Cloudflare: for a short period set by Cloudflare.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to [email protected].

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
